Frequently Asked Questions

How do I access your counselling services?

You can self-refer by contacting us directly by phone or email. We’ll arrange an initial assessment to understand your needs and match you with the right support.

Is it really free?

Yes. Our counselling and play therapy sessions are offered free of charge to ensure support is accessible to everyone. Private sessions are also available for those who need urgent support.

What kinds of issues can you help with?

We support adults and children facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, family or relationship difficulties, low mood, behavioural problems, and more.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes. All counselling and play therapy sessions are private and confidential, delivered by qualified, registered therapists. The only exceptions are if there are concerns about safety or risk of harm, in which case we follow safeguarding guidelines.

Do you have a waiting list?

We do our best to see people as quickly as possible. If we have a waiting list, we’ll explain how long you might need to wait and discuss other options if you need urgent help.
