Therapy is for Everyone
Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re coping with loss, managing stress, or working through painful experiences, it can make all the difference to have someone who listens without judgement. Our BACP Registered counsellors provide free, confidential support for adults in a calm and welcoming environment.
We Can Help With:
- Anxiety, stress, or persistent low mood
- Depression or feelings of hopelessness
- Grief, loss, or bereavement
- Trauma, abuse, or domestic violence
- Relationship or family issues
- Anger or overwhelming emotions
You can self-refer by contacting us directly. We’ll arrange an initial assessment to understand your needs and, if appropriate, offer regular counselling sessions. For those needing urgent or flexible support, private sessions are also available.
Why adult counselling matters
Counselling provides a safe space to make sense of your feelings, learn new ways to cope, and move forward with confidence.
According to Mind, 1 in 4 adults in the UK experiences a mental health problem each year.
Emotional struggles can affect relationships, work, and physical health — but talking therapies are proven to help people recover and build resilience.
At Corner House Counselling, you don’t have to face it alone.
